Social Media Manager

About the role

Emerald Hospitality Group is seeking a full‑time Social Media Manager to lead the online presence of its three flagship restaurant brands – Riviera St. James, Como Garden and Bottega 35. Based in our modern Kensington office, you will work three days on‑site and two days remotely, shaping the digital voice of each brand as we expand with new openings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy across all platforms for each restaurant brand.
• Collaborate with the marketing team, photographers and videographers to produce engaging visual and written content.
• Schedule and publish content that reflects each brand’s identity and resonates with target audiences.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and optimise posts for reach and engagement.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments and foster a vibrant online community.
• Work closely with wider creative and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media marketing and content strategy, preferably within hospitality or luxury dining.
• Strong instinct for what works on different platforms and ability to adapt tone accordingly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in food, hospitality and high‑end restaurant experiences.

Required skills

• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
