Social Media Manager

About the role

TORTI, a luxury fragrance atelier rooted in 30 years of Italian craftsmanship, is seeking a Social Media Manager to translate its philosophy into a refined digital presence. Working closely with the founders and Brand Director, you will shape how the brand is experienced across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and WhatsApp Broadcast.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow TORTI’s presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and WhatsApp Broadcast.
• Create and maintain weekly content calendars.
• Produce 3 Instagram feed posts, 2 Reels, 2 LinkedIn posts and daily Instagram Stories each week.
• Write compelling captions, long‑form storytelling and ghostwrite thought‑leadership content for the founders’ LinkedIn profiles.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards and coordinate production with photographers, videographers and creative partners.
• Monitor community engagement, respond to messages with warmth and professionalism.
• Track performance metrics and optimise content while preserving brand integrity.

Required profile

• Exceptional writing and storytelling ability.
• Strong visual sensibility and appreciation for luxury aesthetics.
• Experience managing social media for premium or luxury brands.
• Highly organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership.
