Social Responsibility EMEA Intern

About the role

Join the LEGO Group’s Social Responsibility team as an EMEA Intern and help bring learning through play to children across the region. You will work closely with the UK and wider EMEA teams to develop, scale and deliver community impact programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Support partnership development, data collection and processing for community impact programmes.
• Assist in organising volunteering events and collaborations with local partners.
• Lead the donation of play boxes to schools and charities and facilitate play‑training sessions.
• Help recruit employee volunteers and provide administrative support to maximise reach and engagement.
• Contribute to activation activities for the wider EMEA team where relevant.

Required profile

• Strong interest in social impact and responsibility.
• Passion for working with children and promoting learning through play.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, collaborate in a team and maintain a professional attitude.
• Enrolled in higher education and eligible to work in the UK.
