Social Value Officer

About the role
The Social Value Officer will work closely with the Senior Service Development Officer to design, develop and deliver social value initiatives that benefit both the organisation and local communities across the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with schools, colleges and community partners to create recruitment pathways for long‑term unemployed individuals.
- Plan and coordinate community projects such as food‑bank donations, litter‑pick events and other local initiatives.
- Support the mobilisation and development of new services, delivering workshops and promoting access to community activities.
- Raise Creative Support’s regional profile through events, newsletters and celebrations.
- Maintain accurate records and administrative support for all social value programmes.
Required profile
- Highly organised and motivated with strong administrative abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workloads efficiently.
- Experience building positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
