Software Developer / .NET Developer (.NET 8, Azure) – Remote/Hybrid

About the role

We are looking for an experienced C# / .NET Developer to join a market‑leading Microsoft‑focused software house. The role involves building modern web applications on ASP.NET Core (.NET 8) within an Azure cloud environment, with the flexibility to work remotely or from our Bristol office.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core and .NET 8.
• Build and optimise backend services and APIs.
• Design and maintain data solutions on Microsoft SQL Server.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA and other developers in Agile teams.
• Participate in code reviews and drive technical improvements.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and write unit/integration tests.

Required profile

• Commercial experience as a C# / .NET Software Developer.
• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET Core and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience or exposure to Azure cloud services.
• Understanding of unit and integration testing.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile or Scrum environments.

What we offer

• Base salary £45,000 – £55,000 per year.
