Specialist Support Worker – Recruitment Open Day in Crewe

About the role

Eden Futures is hosting a recruitment open day in Crewe to hire Specialist Support Workers for its Supported Living services. You will support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental ill‑health and complex needs, helping them live as independently as possible in their own homes and within the community.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised care and support to individuals in their homes.
• Assist clients with daily living activities, personal care and community engagement.
• Promote independence while ensuring safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs.
• Willingness to learn on the job; no prior experience required.
• Commitment to Eden Futures’ values and a collaborative culture.
• Ability to attend the open‑day interview and bring required ID documents.
