Stadium Events Coordinator – Fixed Term (3 months)

About the role

The RFU is seeking a Stadium Events Coordinator on a three‑month fixed‑term contract to support the delivery of match days for the Nations Championship 2026 at Allianz Stadium. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast‑paced event environment and enjoys collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with managing access requests, parking, and build/de‑rig periods for suppliers, contractors and commercial partners.
• Support administration of the West Fan Village build and de‑rig activities.
• Coordinate match‑day accreditation for West Fan Village activations and liaise with the sports presentation agency.
• Train internal and external stakeholders on the accreditation portal and manage the end‑to‑end registration and distribution process.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with client group leaders, partners and other stakeholders.
• Provide financial administration support, including raising purchase order numbers for events.

Required skills
