About the role
The Statutory and Mandatory Trainer joins the Education Training Team to deliver essential training across the Trust. Based at the West Park Epsom venue, the role involves travelling to other sites in Leatherhead, Chertsey and occasional ad‑hoc locations throughout Surrey.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver Moving & Handling and First Aid at Work training sessions on a regular basis.
- Support the delivery of Basic Life Support, Personal Safety and Breakaway training when required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and update the statutory and mandatory training curriculum.
- Travel to multiple Trust venues and external sites to ensure training coverage.
Required profile
- Passionate about delivering high‑quality practical training.
- Strong ability to engage and interact with diverse audiences.
- Flexibility to travel between sites and adapt to ad‑hoc training needs.
