Stock and Logistics Manager

About the role

Join an established luxury retailer in Westminster and take ownership of stock accuracy, supplier and 3PL relationships, and end‑to‑end distribution. You will act as the critical link between production, wholesale and the warehouse, using NetSuite to ensure seamless operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end stock control, guaranteeing accuracy across all systems.
• Manage stock and supplier relationships with our 3PL provider, overseeing audits.
• Lead inventory, purchasing and maintain data integrity within NetSuite.
• Serve as the primary contact for all trade and compliance queries.
• Conduct regular cost reviews of warehousing and distribution spend.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive efficiency across warehousing and distribution.

Required profile

• Essential NetSuite experience covering inventory, purchasing and reporting modules.
• Minimum five years in fashion or FMCG logistics or supply chain.
• Proven experience managing trade compliance and customs processes.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience managing 3PL and freight forwarder relationships.
