Stock Controller

About the role

Armaflo is seeking a commercially‑minded Stock Controller to own inventory performance and drive better decision‑making. You will blend strong analytical ability with a hands‑on approach, spending time both on the warehouse floor and in data analysis to ensure supply certainty for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records across all product ranges.
• Monitor stock availability and flag potential shortages before they impact customers.
• Analyse demand trends, stock turnover, purchasing history and product performance.
• Support replenishment and purchasing decisions with clear, timely data.
• Identify slow‑moving, obsolete or excess stock and recommend practical actions.
• Investigate stock discrepancies, determine root causes and drive process improvements.
• Lead regular cycle counts and assist with full stock takes.

Required profile

• Commercially aware with a strong analytical mindset.
• Comfortable working on the warehouse floor and building reports in Excel.
• Proactive in challenging assumptions and proposing improvements.
• Effective communicator who can collaborate with Warehouse, Sales, Operations and Finance teams.
