Stock Team Member – Part‑time (Workington)

About the role
We are looking for a part‑time Stock Team Member to join our fast‑paced store in Workington. You will ensure that online orders are fulfilled by locating, packing and moving stock efficiently, while also providing friendly service on the shop floor when needed.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately locate, pack and transfer stock to meet online delivery deadlines.
- Maintain clean, tidy and organised stock and operational areas.
- Assist on the sales floor, delivering fast and friendly customer service.
- Work flexibly across all store areas under the guidance of coordinators or managers.
Required profile
- Clear communicator who remains calm and efficient during busy periods.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Flexible, supportive and willing to go the extra mile for the team and customers.
