Stockroom Associate II

About the role

The Stockroom Associate II supports the Stockroom department by pulling manufacturing and customer orders, maintaining accurate inventory, and providing material for assembly operations. This cross‑functional role ensures material availability and helps keep production schedules on track.

Key responsibilities

• Pull and pick manufacturing orders according to the production schedule.
• Pull and pick customer orders as needed by the shipping department.
• Use counting scales to verify material quantities and report any discrepancies.
• Adjust material quantities to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Process MIA transactions for precise quantity adjustments and backtrack locations when necessary.
• Request and process material through the intranet to sustain required material levels.
• Supply Kanban material to support assembly processes and develop basic assembly knowledge.
• Assist in managing tube backflush levels and replenish indirect materials such as O‑Rings.

Required profile

• Ability to follow production schedules and prioritize material pulls.
• Attention to detail for accurate inventory tracking and error reporting.
• Basic understanding of material handling systems and inventory transactions.
• Capability to work collaboratively with assembly and shipping teams.
