Store Maintenance Manager

About the role

Lidl is looking for a Store Maintenance Manager to ensure that a portfolio of stores meets the standards set by the national Facilities Management department. You will be responsible for cost optimisation, health and safety compliance, and the delivery of high‑quality maintenance and cleaning services.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise operational costs in line with company objectives.
• Monitor quality assurance and improve existing procedures.
• Ensure all Facility Management services, including maintenance and cleaning, are performed to a high standard.
• Plan and track the cost budget in coordination with the line manager.
• Check invoices, monitor data, and support the use of the Property Management System.

Required profile

• Flexibility to travel to different stores across the region.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong communication skills for handling difficult conversations.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar facilities or maintenance role.
• Completed secondary school education.
