About the role
Lead the VPZ Dundee team, drive sales and deliver excellent service as Store Manager. This is a Dundee‑based opportunity within the UK’s largest vape retailer, offering a dynamic environment in a rapidly growing industry.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and develop team members in all aspects of their role.
- Drive retail sales and help the store meet or exceed targets.
- Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, including rota management, time and attendance, store standards, stock management and cash handling.
Required profile
- Experience managing a team, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
