Store Manager – Luxury Footwear Retail – Canary Wharf

About the role
Nokwol is launching a new luxury footwear store in Canary Wharf and needs an experienced retail leader to head the opening. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and operational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations, including team management, stock control and visual merchandising.
- Drive sales and customer satisfaction through hands‑on coaching and performance monitoring.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and brand representation for Nokwol and third‑party products.
- Assist with recruitment, training and development of store staff.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Required profile
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or footwear.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Passion for customer service and a keen eye for style.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset.
- Flexibility to work weekends in a fast‑paced environment.
