Strategic Property Partner (RICS Qualified)

About the role

We are seeking a Property Partner to act as the strategic link between services and the Property Division for a government organisation in Bristol. This permanent role offers flexible working, with on‑site attendance required no more than two days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between service teams and the Property Division, ensuring property solutions support corporate and service objectives.
• Provide expert advice on property asset management, driving rationalisation, cost reduction and optimal asset performance.
• Collaborate with the Asset Strategy Manager and service leads to develop and implement Service Asset Management Plans.
• Lead property transactions, negotiations and asset management activities across the estate.
• Identify and deliver opportunities for property rationalisation and service improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, public sector bodies and the voluntary sector.
• Represent the organisation in legal, public and partnership settings as required.
• Supervise and develop technical staff, promoting high professional standards.

Required profile

• RICS qualified with a property‑related qualification.
• Significant experience delivering proactive property management within a large, complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of property legislation, policies and equality and diversity principles.
