Supply Chain Administrator (6‑month Fixed Term)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Administrator to join our team on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. Based on site, you will provide essential administrative support across the supply chain, ensuring accurate processing of goods receipts, inventory movements, purchase orders and logistics activities.

Key responsibilities

• Process and maintain accurate goods and service receipts in the ERP system.
• Support inbound and outbound logistics, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Administer transport services, consumables, inventory movements and related operational transactions.
• Maintain inventory records through system updates, transaction processing and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor supplier purchase orders, ensuring receipt, invoicing and closure are completed accurately.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries and maintain documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, materials management or an administrative role.
• Experience using ERP systems for transaction processing and data management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive, flexible attitude.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar ERP system)
