Supply Chain Co-ordinator – Manufacturing & Production

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join a manufacturing business in Tewkesbury. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining production schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth flow of materials to meet customer demand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and review master production schedules aligned with demand and capacity.
• Monitor inventory levels, plan material requirements and optimise stock to minimise waste.
• Analyse production capacity, identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve throughput.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage delivery schedules, resolve disruptions and drive cost reductions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address issues affecting production and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track KPIs, generate reports and use data analysis to support decision‑making.
• Maintain and utilise Javelin software for reliable forecasting and planning.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Javelin planning software.

What we offer

• Competitive salary of £28,000‑£30,000 per year.
• Full‑time onsite role with a Monday‑Thursday 7:30 am‑4 pm, Friday 7 am‑1 pm schedule.
