Supply Chain Coordinator (EMEA)

About the role

The Supply Chain Coordinator (EMEA) will oversee the flow of goods and information across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Working closely with internal teams such as procurement, operations, sales and logistics, as well as external vendors and customers, the role ensures timely and efficient delivery of products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end supply chain activities in the EMEA region, coordinating suppliers, warehouses and customers.
• Monitor order progress from placement to delivery and ensure compliance with schedules.
• Maintain inventory availability aligned with demand forecasts and address any delays or discrepancies.
• Coordinate transportation and delivery, working with freight forwarders, couriers and 3PL providers to optimise cost and timing.
• Develop and sustain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, negotiating pricing, lead times and contracts.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams on demand planning and seasonal forecasting.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory, delivery status and supply‑chain performance, updating SAP or Oracle systems.
• Work with cross‑functional teams and EMEA leadership to align supply‑chain initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Education equivalent to A‑Level or comparable qualification.
• Background in supply chain, distribution or related logistics functions.
• Strong administrative abilities, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
