About the role
We are seeking a Supply Chain Quality Manager to join a leading aerospace and manufacturing organisation in Filton. The role involves overseeing supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery of components that meet strict quality standards, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Key responsibilities
- Own supplier performance, meeting delivery, quality and compliance targets.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- Represent the supply chain function within cross‑functional project teams.
- Identify risks in the supply chain and develop effective mitigation solutions.
Required profile
- Experience in supply chain, manufacturing or quality roles.
- Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to influence, negotiate and work independently.
Required skills
- 8D problem‑solving methodology.
- 5 Whys analysis technique.
What we offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £37.02 (umbrella) or £27.68 (PAYE).
- Fixed‑term contract to September 2026 with potential extension.
- Hybrid working model – 80 % onsite.
