Supply Reception Teacher – Whitstable (Full‑time/Temporary)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Reception teachers to support primary schools in Whitstable on a supply basis. The role is full‑time and can be taken up immediately, offering both long‑term and day‑to‑day assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor pupils’ academic, social and emotional progress.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and school staff.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS.
• Experience teaching in Reception or EYFS.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Passion for early childhood development.
