Supply Teacher – Primary & Secondary (Flexible)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Teacher to support primary and secondary schools across Amersham, Buckinghamshire. The role offers a variety of assignments, from daily supply and short‑term cover to long‑term classroom positions and potential permanent appointments. Candidates can choose assignments that match their subject expertise, career stage and availability.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stages 1‑2 and secondary curricula.
• Maintain effective classroom management and positive learning environments.
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and pupil needs.
• Provide subject‑specific support, including PPA cover and specialist teaching.
• Complete planning, preparation and marking where required.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Early‑career teachers, experienced instructors or tutors with classroom experience are welcome.
• Strong curriculum knowledge and commitment to pupil progress.
• Professionalism, reliability and enthusiasm for teaching.
