Supply Teacher – Primary & Secondary Schools in Westminster

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable supply teachers to support a range of primary and secondary schools in Westminster. The role offers flexible, short‑term assignments where you will step into classrooms, follow existing lesson plans and help maintain a positive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across a variety of year groups and subjects.
• Follow the school’s curriculum and lesson plans while adapting to each classroom’s needs.
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe, supportive atmosphere.
• Motivate pupils and provide individual support where required.
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and maintain professionalism.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience teaching in UK primary or secondary schools is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong classroom management.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
