Supported Living Service Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supported Living Service Lead to manage residential and supported living services across West Surrey. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care that meets CQC standards while supporting vulnerable adults with mental health, learning disabilities and autism.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of multiple supported living sites.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health & safety and safeguarding standards.
• Supervise, mentor and develop staff, fostering a compassionate team culture.
• Oversee individual support plans, budgets and resource allocation.
• Build strong relationships with service users, families and external agencies.
• Drive continuous service improvement and quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a residential or supported living service.
• Strong knowledge of CQC frameworks and quality assurance processes.
• Diploma or equivalent in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
• Resilient, compassionate leadership style with excellent communication.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
