Systems Developer – Dynamics 365 & Power Platform

About the role

We are seeking a Systems Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to join our IT team. You will design, build and enhance solutions that support both day‑to‑day operations and large‑scale transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and produce technical designs, development, testing and deployment artefacts.
• Build and configure solutions across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and model‑driven apps.
• Develop custom components such as C# plugins, workflows, integrations and JavaScript client‑side customisations.
• Create Power Automate flows, configure Dataverse tables, forms, views, dashboards and security.
• Manage environments and deployments using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts and delivery teams to ensure scalable, high‑quality solutions.
• Perform code reviews, testing and quality assurance, and support live systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software development using C#.NET, JavaScript and SQL.
• Hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Strong understanding of model‑driven apps, business rules, workflows and automation.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps delivery approaches.
• Ability to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
