Systems Trainer – Technology Systems & iOS Devices

About the role

The client is undertaking a large‑scale digital transformation and needs a Systems Trainer to deliver learning and development that enables staff to adopt new technology systems and processes. The role is hybrid, with regular travel to Bradford and other sites across Yorkshire.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver face‑to‑face and online training sessions on iOS devices and enterprise systems such as MS Dynamics, SAP and GIS.
• Assess and measure learner capability, providing feedback and celebrating progress.
• Motivate delegates to embrace new ways of working and ensure post‑training adoption.
• Collaborate with the transformation team to align training with project milestones.
• Travel to multiple Yorkshire sites, maintaining a full UK driving licence.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering systems and process training to individuals and groups.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong, engaging communication style that challenges and supports learners.
• Local to Yorkshire or neighbouring areas.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Desirable experience in the utilities sector.

What we offer

• Contract rate of £400‑£450 per day (inside IR35).
• Initial 6‑month assignment with the possibility of extension.
