This is not just a recruitment role; it is a strategic partnership position. You will manage a full end-to-end scope, acting as a key consultant to our operational leaders and directly impacting the growth trajectory of one of the UK's fastest-scaling technology companies.

Missions principales

  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for operational roles, from initial requirement definition to successful offer negotiation.
  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage high-caliber passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and diverse talent networks.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing deep market insights and challenging assumptions to optimize hiring decisions.
  • Leverage data-driven methodologies to track recruitment performance and continuously refine hiring processes.
  • Champion our employer brand and contribute to strategic initiatives, including graduate recruitment programs.

Profil recherché

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in recruitment, either within an agency or in-house environment.
  • Expertise in direct sourcing: you are a hunter who proactively identifies talent rather than waiting for applicants.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and influence decision-makers quickly.
  • Highly organized with a data-driven mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
  • Experience recruiting for operational or technical roles (experience in Tech or Private Equity-backed environments is a significant advantage).
