About the role
Join Randstad's Education team as a Talent Attraction Consultant in Brighton. You will build and nurture relationships with candidates, helping them find their ideal roles within the education sector while supporting the business’s growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and maintain new and existing candidate relationships through regular outreach.
- Manage current candidate pipelines and collaborate with account managers to uncover sales opportunities.
- Conduct candidate searches using internal databases, job boards, and online tools.
- Write comprehensive candidate profiles and tailor job advertisements to client needs.
- Develop a personal network of talented education professionals to present to the market.
Required profile
- Strong ability to identify key skills and understand candidates' work experience.
- Attention to detail and adherence to compliance processes.
- Ability to work quickly and meet KPI targets.
Required skills
- LinkedIn Recruiter licence
