Talent Payments Assistant

About the role

The Talent Payments Assistant joins Fremantle’s central Talent Payments team to ensure contributors are paid accurately and on time for primary production and secondary exploitation of our catalogue. Working in a hybrid environment, you will support both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Process weekly pay runs in line with Equity, Musicians and Scriptwriters Union agreements.
• Set up payment structures for third‑party programmes, including contract creation and linking to productions.
• Maintain and update artiste/agent records and contracts in the Artiste Payments system, using robotic process automation where applicable.
• Liaise with Production, SSC, Sales, Legal, talent unions and collecting societies to resolve payment queries.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of the Talent Payments system and related processes.
• Support ad‑hoc Talent Payments projects as required.

Required profile

• Highly numerate with strong attention to detail.
• Methodical approach and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to interpret talent union agreements and commercial terms.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interaction.
