Talent & People Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent & People Coordinator to join a busy People team within a well‑established manufacturing organisation. You will support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to learning, development and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, including offers, contracts and Right‑to‑Work checks.
• Maintain training records, organise training sessions and support apprenticeship programmes.
• Manage HR systems and employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Create internal communications and assist with employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Provide general HR administrative support and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator or Recruitment role.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and learning & development.
• Strong organisational, communication and IT skills with excellent attention to detail.
• CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) is desirable.
