Senior HR Manager – UK & EMEA

About the role

The Senior HR Manager for the UK & EMEA offices will act as the primary HR business partner for locations across the United Kingdom, continental Europe and the Turkey‑Morocco‑Emirates‑Africa (TMEA) region. Reporting to senior leadership, the role leads a team of three HR Advisors and delivers end‑to‑end HR services, ensuring compliance, consistency and alignment with company culture.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert HR partnership and employee‑relations guidance to managers and staff across the UK, Europe and TMEA, handling performance, disciplinary, grievance and conflict cases.
• Develop and implement HR processes and engagement initiatives that improve employee experience, satisfaction and retention in diverse locations.
• Support leaders in embedding company values, culture and ways of working, while encouraging manager self‑service and capability building.
• Oversee implementation of HR policies and programmes, ensuring local compliance and alignment with the overall HR strategy.
• Coordinate employee communications, track HR metrics and deliver analysis on engagement, performance and workforce trends.

Required profile

• Strong judgement and cultural agility to operate effectively across multiple jurisdictions in a matrixed organisation.
• Proven experience in employee‑relations, performance management and handling complex HR cases.
• Ability to lead and develop a small team of HR Advisors.
• Excellent coaching and influencing skills for senior and line managers.
• Experience in tracking HR metrics and reporting insights to senior leadership.
