Tax Finance Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Finance Analyst to manage indirect tax, corporation tax and related compliance across our global operations. Working under the Tax Manager, you will ensure accurate filing, monitoring and reporting of tax obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse and submit monthly US Sales Tax filings across all registrations.
• Process UK, EU and ROW VAT, IOSS and GST returns.
• Prepare additional tax returns such as PAYE settlement agreements, US consumer use tax and other business taxes.
• Monitor tax registrations, handling renewals and new registrations as required.
• Compile data for corporation tax returns in the UK, US and France and liaise with external tax compliance firms.
• Post tax journals in the finance system and reconcile related balance‑sheet accounts each month.
• Issue VAT invoices on customer request and support the finance team in overall compliance.

Required profile

• Strong technical experience gained within a financial accounting team, audit firm or tax department.
• Proven ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
• Solid grounding in UK GAAP, tax and VAT accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and capability to investigate root causes of issues.
• Aptitude for handling large data sets accurately.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience interrogating in‑house ERP systems.
