Tax & Reporting Manager – UK Wide (Fully Remote Options Available)

About the role

This senior position sits within a leading international services group and reports to a senior finance leader. The Tax & Reporting Manager will own tax compliance and statutory reporting across the UK, Ireland and other jurisdictions, acting as the primary operational contact for tax and accounting matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage UK corporation tax compliance and indirect taxes (VAT, CIS, RCT).
• Maintain transfer pricing documentation and support the Senior Accounting Officer regime.
• Prepare statutory accounts under UK GAAP and coordinate end‑to‑end audit processes.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and governance frameworks.
• Monitor tax legislation changes and provide commercial guidance to finance and operational teams.
• Collaborate with external advisers and auditors to ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant or tax professional (ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent).
• Strong experience in tax compliance within a multi‑entity or group environment.
• Proven ability to manage adviser relationships and meet competing deadlines.
• Solution‑focused mindset with solid technical expertise.
