Key responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse client base.
• Provide technical tax advice on complex matters and ensure compliance with current legislation.
• Manage, mentor and develop a team of tax professionals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns and related filings.
• Stay updated on tax regulations and share insights with clients and internal teams.
• Review and improve internal processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver comprehensive professional services.

Required profile

• Professional qualification in tax or accountancy (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA).
• Proven expertise in tax compliance and advisory within professional services.
• Strong leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• Excellent communication skills for client and colleague interaction.
• Proactive approach to identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• In‑depth understanding of UK tax legislation and its practical application.
