Teaching Assistant – Ealing (Full‑time/Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive, inclusive school in Ealing. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to help pupils achieve their academic, social and emotional potential in a safe, nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to pupils as needed.
• Help pupils build confidence, develop personal skills and achieve learning goals.
• Support children with additional educational needs and individual learning plans.
• Prepare classroom resources and learning activities.
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff and families.

Required profile

• Passionate about supporting children’s education and wellbeing.
• Patient, caring and able to build positive relationships with pupils.
• Enthusiastic and committed to creating a positive learning environment.
• Reliable, adaptable and willing to contribute to the wider school community.
• Previous experience in a school, childcare or support role is desirable but not essential.
