About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant secondary school in South London. The role starts in September and involves supporting pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4 through one‑to‑one and small‑group sessions in a state‑of‑the‑art learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide targeted one‑to‑one support to students as needed.
- Facilitate small‑group learning activities and reinforce lesson content.
- Assist the classroom teacher with preparation, organisation and classroom management.
- Support pupils in developing literacy and numeracy skills.
Required profile
- Bright, energetic individual with a genuine interest in working with young people.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Good literacy and numeracy abilities.
- Positive, proactive, professional and friendly demeanor.
