Teaching Assistant – Psychology Student/Graduate

About the role
We are seeking psychology students or graduates to work as teaching assistants in Bristol schools, supporting pupils during school hours.
Key responsibilities
- Provide dedicated support to individual pupils and the whole class.
- Assist with academic progress and development.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster an inclusive learning environment.
- Help manage behaviour and support social‑emotional development.
- Follow school policies on behaviour, safeguarding and health & safety.
Required profile
- Experience working with children in any capacity.
- Currently studying for or holding a Psychology degree (or related field such as Counselling or Neuroscience).
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Availability to work 08:30‑15:30 on school days during term‑time.
