About the role
Lockton Re is seeking an experienced Team Executive Assistant to support its Global Specialties team in London. You will work closely with the Head of Global Specialties, Head of Aviation Practice and senior brokers, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage diaries, travel arrangements, entertainment, expenses and meeting logistics for a team of around 12.
- Organise overseas travel, visas, flights, accommodation and ground transport.
- Coordinate client visits, off‑site team meetings and conferences, handling venues, catering, IT equipment and itineraries.
- Prepare minutes and distribute them for the Monthly Executive Meeting.
- Process monthly expense claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support onboarding of new starters and maintain external dining databases.
- Provide cover for other team EAs during absences and act as first point of contact for problem solving.
Required profile
- Highly organised, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced professional environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
Required skills
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
