Join a global leader in fintech and ecosystem commerce. As a Team Lead for our UK Mid-Market segment, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our most strategic clients while empowering a high-performing team of Account Managers to reach new heights.
Missions principales
- Team Leadership: Directly manage, mentor, and coach a team of 7 Strategic Account Managers to foster professional growth and excellence.
- Portfolio Growth: Drive retention strategies and revenue growth within the UK Mid-Market portfolio, ensuring long-term value for our largest sellers.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement scalable processes, training programs, and essential tools to optimize Account Manager performance.
- Strategic Projects: Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience and streamline internal workflows.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as a key voice for our clients within the organization, ensuring their needs drive our product and service evolution.
Profil recherché
- Proven track record in managing Mid-Market or Enterprise-level accounts.
- Demonstrated experience in people management, with a strong focus on talent development and coaching.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to lead revenue-driven growth projects.
- Resilient professional who thrives in fast-paced, uncertain, and evolving environments.
