Team Leader - Part Time

About the role

A part-time Team Leader position at a Greene King pub in Griffin, Leeds, working 20 hours per week. The Team Leader leads by example, makes sure the team has what they need so shifts run smoothly, keeps standards high and keeps customers happy.

Key responsibilities

• Depute for the management team and resolve issues that arise in their absence.
• Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts so everything runs like clockwork.
• Keep the bar safe, legal and clean, dealing with issues quickly and safely.
• Deliver a heartfelt and memorable experience for every customer.
• Act as a role model for great service and a warm welcome to every customer.

Required profile

• An eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• The ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges during a busy shift.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a strong team spirit.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
