Team Leader - Tattersalls Tavern (Knightsbridge)

About the role

Greene King is hiring a Team Leader for its Knightsbridge pub, Tattersalls Tavern. The role is part-time, permanent and scheduled for 35 hours per week, with pay of up to £13.75 per hour. The Team Leader leads by example, makes sure the team has what it needs so shifts run smoothly, keeps standards high and keeps customers happy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example and ensure the team has everything it needs so the shift runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the team maintains high standards and that customers are kept happy.
• Depute for the management team and resolve issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts.
• Keep the bar safe, legal and clean, dealing with issues quickly and safely.

Required profile

• A great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Role model to the team on giving great service and welcoming every customer warmly.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges during a busy shift.
• Positive, can-do attitude and a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
