About the role

Join Tortilla’s fast‑paced kitchen team at the Arndale Centre in Manchester. As a Team Member you will help deliver fresh, high‑quality Mexican food while providing a friendly experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in a fast‑paced kitchen.
• Handle sharp knives and operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and health‑safety compliance.
• Assist with stock replenishment and kitchen cleaning.
• Provide friendly service to customers when cross‑trained on the floor.

Required profile

• Over 18 years of age (legal requirement for knife handling).
• Enthusiastic, friendly and eager to learn.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Team‑oriented attitude and good communication skills.
