Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm welcome and process orders efficiently.
• Prepare hot foods, baked goods, and beverages throughout the shift.
• Maintain product displays and ensure stock availability.
• Keep the workspace clean, tidy, and inviting.
• Resolve customer enquiries with a service‑focused attitude.
