About the role

We are looking for a Tech Recruitment Consultant to join our award‑winning consultancy in Leeds. You will work with high‑profile technology clients, earn a competitive base salary and uncapped commission, and develop your career in a supportive, high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and headhunt top talent for fast‑growing tech, data, SaaS and health‑tech organisations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client hiring managers.
• Conduct cold‑calling, candidate engagement and manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to placement.
• Expand existing accounts and win new roles across the portfolio.
• Mentor junior consultants in sourcing and engagement techniques.
