About the role
Our client, a leading privately owned housebuilder in the UK, is seeking a Technical Coordinator to manage residential development projects across the region. You will be involved at the Reserved Matters stage and work within a highly regarded technical department.
Key responsibilities
- Run residential development projects across the assigned region.
- Participate in the Reserved Matters stage, ensuring compliance and technical accuracy.
- Collaborate with dedicated in‑house specialist teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
- Report directly to the Technical Director, providing project updates and technical guidance.
- Gain full exposure to the fast‑paced development environment, overseeing projects from inception to completion.
Required profile
- Proven experience in technical coordination within residential construction.
- Strong understanding of the Reserved Matters process.
- Ability to work effectively with specialist teams and senior technical leadership.
- Commitment to delivering quality residential developments.
