Technical Product Manager – RF Sensor Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to act as the “voice of the system” for our RF sensor solutions. Based in Cambridge, you will bridge complex engineering capabilities with real‑world customer missions, ensuring our hardware and system‑level products meet tactical requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Translate high‑level customer needs (e.g., low‑probability‑of‑intercept signals) into technical product roadmaps and specifications.
• Manage the product lifecycle of RFeye hardware from concept through deployment and end‑of‑life, supporting PLM activities.
• Provide technical consultancy to sales and business development teams to win international tenders.
• Develop deep market insight into RF applications such as TDOA/AOA geolocation, signal recording/forensics, and electronic warfare support.
• Work hands‑on with wireless and signal‑processing product development to understand capabilities and limitations.
• Collaborate with RF, FPGA, software, mechanical and systems engineers to evaluate and optimise product designs.

Required profile

• Strong technical understanding of electronic and RF systems.
• Experience working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Ability to convert customer requirements into actionable product specifications.
