About the role

We are supporting a high‑growth organisation that is expanding rapidly through multiple acquisitions. The dedicated M&A IT team is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex integration programmes across the full acquisition lifecycle, with a focus on tenant‑to‑tenant migrations in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of M&A IT integration projects, focusing on technical workstreams.
  • Own and execute tenant‑to‑tenant migrations (M365, Azure AD) ensuring minimal disruption and secure data transition.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and technical delivery roadmaps.
  • Establish and drive governance frameworks, including risk, issue, and dependency management.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (IT, Security, Legal, HR, Finance, Operations) and third‑party vendors.
  • Support IT due diligence by assessing infrastructure, applications, and data landscapes of target companies.
  • Oversee cut‑over planning, migration execution, hyper‑care, and post‑integration optimisation.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
  • Track and report on KPIs, SLAs, and delivery milestones, providing structured reporting to senior leadership.

Required profile

  • Proven experience as an IT Technical Project Manager in M&A, integration or transformation environments.
  • Strong hands‑on experience delivering tenant‑to‑tenant migrations in Microsoft 365/Azure.
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms, identity management and enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Experience managing complex technical workstreams and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2 or PMP.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with third‑party vendors and system integrators.

What we offer

  • 6‑month initial contract with a rate of £600‑£700 per day (outside IR35).
