About the role
We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer specialising in pumps to join our growing team in Hemel Hempstead. You will translate customer enquiries into detailed technical specifications and quotations, guiding sales from initial concept through to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Convert raw customer enquiries into technical specifications and tailored quotations.
- Log, chase and follow up sales quotes.
- Raise purchase orders and manage the sales process from concept to completion.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Required profile
- Experience in mechanical or technical sales, preferably with pumps, HGV or control systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to commute to Hemel Hempstead/London.

What we offer
- Salary £35,000‑£40,000 per year (OTE up to £50,000).
- £270 monthly team bonus and 1% personal sales commission.
- Training, progression opportunities and rising holiday entitlement.
- Office‑based role, Monday‑Friday 8:30‑17:30.
