Technical Sales Engineer (Ventilation)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer with a background in ventilation to join a fast‑growing, industry‑leading company. Based in Aylesbury, you will work Monday to Friday, driving the full technical sales cycle and building strategic partnerships across the United Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end technical sales process for bespoke ventilation solutions.
• Develop and maintain key strategic partnerships with blue‑chip clients throughout the UK.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing and supply teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to commercial performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven technical sales experience within the ventilation sector.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to commute to Aylesbury.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ventilation systems and products.
