Field Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to promote our powered access and hire solutions across the South East England territory. You will work independently, building relationships with new and existing customers while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Generate new business opportunities and secure additional sales revenue.
• Visit various sites throughout the week, book meetings and knock on doors.
• Promote the company’s powered access and hire solutions to prospective clients.
• Manage customer enquiries and provide excellent service.
• Ensure equipment is placed efficiently to meet customer requirements.
• Represent the company professionally and contribute to its growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in powered access sales or a similar hire sector.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of winning and developing business.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised with excellent time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, driven and able to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Proactive attitude and desire to grow within a successful, expanding business.
